2027 Campaign Launch Event

The Yes to Homes Coalition is planning a virtual campaign launch event for Nov. 12 at 7pm. This webinar event will provide a brief overview of the new makeup of the legislature, an overview of the bill Yes to Homes will be advocating for in the 2027 session, and how your volunteers or members can support that advocacy.

To make this event successful, we need all coalition organizations to promote this to your members! Here is an event description to include in your email and social media communications throughout October:

Event Invitation/Description:

You are invited to the Yes to Homes Coalition 2027 Campaign Launch Event Thursday, November 12 at 7:00 pm! Register here!

Minnesota is short 100,000 homes, leaving too many people competing for too few options and contributing to higher costs to rent or own. The Yes to Homes Coalition is gearing up for the 2027 legislative session to advocate for policies that remove barriers to building and make it easier to build the homes Minnesotans need.

At this event, we will:

• Analyze election results and the politics of getting this bill passed
• Review our Coalition’s policy priorities and bill pathways
• Showcase the actions you can take to support making homes more affordable in MN
