Bunyan Energy Center is a 250MW/1000MWh battery energy storage system proposing construction in Minden Township. Battery energy storage systems (BESS) reduce electric grid system costs, improve reliability, improve grid resilience and support ratepayer value. This project will employ approximately 150 jobs at the peak of construction.
